Laura Wong
Podiatrist
Laura graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine from the University of Western Sydney. She lists the opportunity to undertake some of her training in Ireland as a particular highlight. This experience opened up new perspectives and reaffirmed her passion for podiatry.
Laura has recently returned to the Inner West after having spent several years working in a private practice in regional NSW. She gained valuable experience across a range of areas including high risk feet, lower limb biomechanics, and nail surgery. Despite enjoying her time in the country, the allure of the Inner West proved just too great and she is now looking forward to exploring local parks with her puppy Hugo and checking out the many fantastic restaurants and cafes on offer.
Laura is passionate about all aspects of podiatry, but has a special interest in general skin and nail care, diabetic foot care, and orthotic therapy. She prides herself on providing meticulous treatments and ensuring her patients are well cared for. She is an empathetic practitioner and understands the importance of working with patients to achieve the best outcomes. It is her primary goal to make sure all patients leave happy, satisfied and feeling like their problem has been addressed.
When not at work, Laura enjoys cruising local parks on her long-board and has started on her journey to becoming a chess grand-master.
