Nicholas Diamond
Podiatrist
Nicholas is an experienced practitioner with a broad range of expertise.
After graduating from the University of South Australia in 2008, he immediately took up a position working in a large rural hospital. Here he gained invaluable experience across a range of areas including orthopaedics, diabetic foot care and paediatrics. Flying out to remote indigenous communities on a regular basis with the Royal Flying Doctors Service was a highlight over this time.
Following this he moved to a well-established and busy private practice in Adelaide which involved treating the full range of lower limb conditions as well as general podiatry. Here he particularly enjoyed being able to work closely with other allied health professionals to take a holistic approach to his patients’ care.
In 2012, Nick moved to NSW and joined Shellharbour Podiatry on the South Coast. The success of this clinic has meant Nick can now focus his efforts in his local community, close to his home and young family in the Inner West. He opened Erko Podiatry in 2018.
Nick prides himself on his client-centred approach. He is professional, enthusiastic, friendly and places emphasis on patient communication. He is competent in all areas of podiatry but has a particular interest in the treatment of running injuries, heel pain and general care.
Nick is committed to offering patients quality care and is always willing to give extra time and effort to ensure patients receive excellent results.
In his spare time Nick enjoys running, cooking, spending time with his family and has been meaning to start learning the piano for some time now!
